Family owned and operated, Brunswick Academy of Martial Arts is founded on the idea that the martial arts are more than just a defense discipline - they are a gateway to community, self confidence, and long-lasting fitness.
Our classes are tailored for ages and fitness levels across the spectrum, and each of our coaches is dedicated to ensuring you meet your goals.
Classes & Class Schedule
Adults Jiu Jitsu
Meeting Mondays/Wednesdays @ 6:30 PM and Saturdays at 11:00 AM. Designed for all levels, classes focus on jiu jitsu fundamentals, new techniques, and how to gain a competitive edge.
Classes rotate between gi and no gi each week.
Kids Jiu Jitsu
Meeting Mondays/Wednesdays @ 5:30 PM and Saturdays at 10:00 AM. Designed for ages 5 - 13, classes focus on jiu jitsu fundamentals, self discipline, self defense, and fitness.
Adults Muay Thai
Meeting Mondays/Wednesdays @ 7:30 PM and Saturdays at Noon. Designed for all levels, classes focus on proper form, fitness, and hitting pads.
