Classes & Class Schedule

Adults Jiu Jitsu

Meeting Mon/Wed @ 6:30 PM, Sat at 11:00 AM, and Wed/Fri at 5:30 AM. Designed for all levels, classes focus on jiu jitsu fundamentals, new techniques, and how to gain a competitive edge.

Classes rotate between gi and no gi each week.

Kids Jiu Jitsu

Meeting Mondays/Wednesdays @ 5:30 PM and Saturdays at 10:00 AM. Designed for ages 5 - 13, classes focus on jiu jitsu fundamentals, self discipline, self defense, and fitness. We also have an older kids class (8 - 13) Fridays at 5:30 PM.

Adults Muay Thai

Meeting Mondays/Wednesdays @ 7:30 PM and Saturdays at Noon. Designed for all levels, classes focus on proper form, fitness, and hitting pads.
