What do I bring?
For Muay Thai, we encourage you to wear regular workout clothes, and if you have them, Muay Thai shorts.
For jiu jits, wear a gi and a rash guard.
For all clases, make sure you have water and flip flops so you can easily take your shoes on and off while getting on the mat.
The jiu jitsu class says it alternates gi and no gi. What does that mean?
We believe in the versatility of training in both gi and no gi for jiu jitsu. For ease, we encourage you to wear a gi and a rash guard each week so it's easy to switch back and forth.
What is the pricing?
Pricing is on a per month cycle, and classes are unlimited.
For kids jiu jitsu, pricing is $140 per month. The first ten kids to sign up receive a lifetime $20 discount.
For adults, pricing is $160 per month for both jiu jits and Muay Thai. The first 20 adults to sign up receive a lifetime $20 discount.
What is your jiu jitsu lineage?
Coach Joe received his black blet in 2023 from Cesar Padres, a Pedro Sauer black belt.
What is the parking situation?
There is both street parking (free for two hours) and a free parking lot across the street at Martins Creek Municipal Parking Lot.
